Updated (July 26, 2023):
A second set of supplementary evidence was provided to the CJC on July 26, 2023 concerning the CJC’s deafening silence about the matter and likely abuse of the screening process (officer: Jacqueline Corado) for sending the matter under the rug. This followed letters to BC Attorney General of BC and all BC Legislative Assembly members.
Complementary evidence (Set 1) against the terrorism-backing Judges:
Peter G. Voith
Lauri Ann Fenlon
Mary V. Newbury
Two days after the 25-June, 2023, letter to all Canadian MPs and Senators, an application was made to the three judges Voith, Fenlon, and Newbury seeking to have the text of their judgment amended for the correction of one of the egregiously false claims made by the judges in the face of the court’s own documents. This application of 27 June 2023, was copied to the Canadian Judicial Council, and to BC Chief Justice, Bauman.
On 4 July 2023, the CJC received this letter and the accompanying argument, as further supporting documentation in the matter of the complaint (CJC file 23-0233) against the judicial misconduct of these professional liars who have shamelessly obstructed justice from the bench and sold out the court’s integrity only to favour the terrorist regime of the Islamic Republic and its enablers in the Canadian government and academia alike.
The supplementary argument in the CJC Complaint 23-0233

25 June 2023
The Honourable [Name of Senator/MP],
Please see attached a letter of today’s date concerning the influence of the Islamic Republic’s regime leading to an obstruction of justice and reckless violations of justice and human rights by the BC Court of Appeal.
The specifics of the regime’s influence were brought to Minister Mendicino‘s attention in a letter of 11 April 2023, where I noted communications with the intelligence community back in 2021. It seems that the government has conveniently ignored all those communications despite the Minister’s office claiming a careful review of the communications.
The attached letter is addressed to all of the honourable Senators and MPs. It has as an appendix a complaint to the Canadian Judicial Council against the judicial misconduct of three judges Peter G. Voith, Lauri Ann Fenlon, and Mary V. Newbury, who deliberately and on the basis of their absolute lies kept the courts of law inaccessible to a victim of a terrorist regime’s agents and enablers in Canada and protected those agents and enablers on Canadian soil.Yours sincerely,
Masood Masjoody, Ph.D.

The June-27 application to Voith, Fenlon and Newbury
This application was included in the supplementary documentation submitted to the CJC.
